B2 Presence-Based Coaching: Accelerating Personal and Professional Development through Your Way of Being
Level: All Levels

The elusive quality of presence is a key element of mastery for coaches and facilitators of all stripes. This cutting edge new session from a perennially popular IAF presenter focuses on the practitioner’s way of being, and on presence as an essential component of accelerated development and self-generation. Featuring material from Doug’s new book, this highly experiential workshop invites you into practices that access presence and extend it into the conversational space. A coaching demo will reveal how presence-based coaching enables pragmatic new action possibilities. Lastly, we will explore how to develop presence as grounding for our professional efficacy.
