B3 Facilitation From the Inside Out
Level: Experienced

A highly rated workshop from recent IAF conferences in The Netherlands, Singapore and Atlanta, “Facilitation from the Inside Out” explores ways to add the dimension of meaning to facilitated sessions. Moving beyond the tangible product, the impact that marks high-quality facilitation includes an intangible dimension that could be referred to as spirit. This workshop explores multiple facilitation methods used in a multi-cultural context, and effective in evoking the deeper meaning dimension of reality in the midst of accomplishing practical tasks. Experience the Knowing, Doing, and Being of facilitation in a series of exercises, mini-presentations, and group activities. Each participant receives a manual that will be augmented with additional insights and methods evolving from the workshop.
