He specializes in helping leaders and staffs work together effectively, by not merely tolerating diversity, but by leveraging it. He uses teambuilding activities to highlight opportunity. He is author of four books, including bestseller Quick Teambuilding Activities for Busy Managers, the sequel MORE Quick Teambuilding Activities for Busy Managers, and Quick Meeting Starters for Busy Managers. He has a BA in Economics, an MBA (emphasis: Human Resources Management), and 25 years experience facilitating, consulting and training in various industries.
