David Spann is a Senior Management Consultant located in Park City, Utah. He focuses on developing facilitative leaders, their teams and agile organizational change. Mr. Spann is also the US Representative to the IAF-World Board, an IAF Certified Professional Facilitator and a CPF Assessor. His research focuses on the behaviors of Agile and Facilitative leaders and the beliefs that underlie those behaviors.
