E5 Bringing 270 People to Consensus - Diverse Approaches for Diverse Challenges
Level: All Levels

Through exploration of a real-life case study, participants will learn how to plan, structure, and deliver sessions that bring large groups to consensus. The workshop leaders facilitated a group of 270 managers and staff of Parks Canada to consensus around an action plan in support of the Agency’s future vision for Visitor Experience. This workshop focuses on the challenges of any large-group session: where to start, how to structure the agenda, what questions to ask the group and what large-group processes and techniques to use to achieve the desired outcome.
