E6 “I’m a Facilitator…and a Coach”: Should You Add Coaching to Your Repertoire?
Level: Experienced
Coaching is flourishing, praised by Harvard Business Review and mocked by Dilbert’s true measures of success. Should you consider adding coaching to your repertoire? This interactive session will provide you with an opportunity to explore how coaching and facilitation are the same and how they’re different. You will learn how coaching flourishes in organizations and what gets in the way as well as, uncover three secrets for successful coaching and practice a key coaching process. This workshop draws on the experience of coaching and facilitation within blue-chip organizations using an approach that Peter Block says shows “coaching is not a profession but a way of being with each other.” |
