E8 Transcending Culture for Excellent Workshop Experiences
Level: All Levels

This workshop focuses on the Facilitator in his/her role as an effective communicator to a group of individuals who are of different cultural backgrounds. The challenge of rising above the differences between one’s cultural upbringing and expectations can be significant for the Facilitator and generally requires substantial ‘Mind Management’ as one works with self, while working with others. This workshop will provide techniques for professional facilitators and novices alike, to embrace differences, diversity and create outstanding outcomes from their Facilitation practice.
