Facilitation Tools for Project Managers
Level: All Levels
Tired of using the same old project facilitation tools over and over but wary of flashy gimmicks? What if you can generate real motivation and commitment for the project and its work plan from the team itself? This session will introduce some fresh, simple, effective processes that you can easily use with a group to create a project charter, build a work plan, and provide clear ways of tracking action and unblocking obstacles to successful completion. You will expand your mastery of energizing process tools for working with a project team.
