F10 Creating Consensus Using the Language of Functions
Level: All Levels

Achieving consensus can be a challenge when a wide range of participant expectations becomes distracting or presents a significant roadblock to agreement. Function analysis introduces a new simplified language that cuts through the roadblocks, grandstanding, and technical lexicon hurdles. This enables the participants to quickly develop a common understanding of the goals and objectives. Function analysis can be used to achieve consensus-built solutions faster. This interactive workshop provides the attendees with a basic working knowledge of function analysis and FAST (function analysis system technique) and will present the tips, tricks, and traps associated with using it as a facilitation technique.
