David L. Johnson, Jr. has worked in the energy industry for over 25 years utilizing his facilitation, information technology, organizational change, and training skills. His involvement has included software quality assurance, business process design, large technology implementations and diversity/inclusion integrations. Now working independently in change management, facilitation and training, he continues connections with the International Association of Facilitators, Quality Assurance Institute and the Organization Development Network. David has been an entertaining presenter at multiple local and international conferences on topics ranging from requirements to outsourced work to quality assurance to design of successful sessions. David has been a Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF) since 2003.He has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Texas State University – San Marcos and an MBA in Management from Houston Baptist University. He is co-author of “Achieving Results Fast."

Colleen Baker has worked in the Information Technology field for over 25 years. She discovered facilitation in 1990 and quickly saw how these techniques and processes could better define project and business requirements. She has facilitated sessions in requirements definition, strategic planning, process design, problem resolution, and project planning. She has extensive experience in business process improvement helping groups understand and streamline their processes. After working in the utility industry for 20 years, she has established her own consulting and training company, DyBoren Systems, LLC. She has been a member of the Southwest Facilitators Network since 2000. She is an active member in the International Association of Facilitators, undertaking roles in conference planning and execution, as a conference presenter and web design. When she is not engaged in helping her clients, she enjoys cooking and boating. She has been a Project Management Professional (PMP) since 2004. She has a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. She is co-author of “Achieving Results Fast: Facilitation for Your Business Environment."
