F4 Creating Team Charter Plans
Level: Experienced

Facilitating team conflict interventions can be both rewarding and challenging. When conflicts surface within a team environment direction can become confused, objectives unclear, resources underused and infighting ensued. Consequences for the team and ultimately, for the organization may be negative. In order to assist Teams to get back on track facilitators can use our Team Charter Plan tool. This tool provides a road map to enable participants of a team intervention to get clarity, direction and create accountability through defining issues, goals, options and timelines. Based on foundations of Respect, Trust, Choice and Commitment, the Team Charter Plan tool helps teams identify areas for improvement and to enables team members to cooperatively determine future-focused solutions.
