F9 FoCuSeD™ Holistic Facilitation Process Design
Level: All Levels
In designing a Facilitation process, you must consider all people along with the task they must accomplish. There are always two parallel developments occurring – the workshop process to build a product and the development of the emotional group cycle. Processes that focus solely on one aspect, either people or task, have little chance of success. The seamless integration of process and group dynamics defines “holistic”. In this workshop, attendees learn and practice “how to” integrate the emotional group cycle along with the workshop process to build a product.
