Participants will be guided through a series of activities designed to unleash passion, clarity, and vision. During this interactive session, we will explore these questions: What do I deeply value in life and in my facilitation practice? What are the underlying challenges and key supports for building an inclusive and successful business? How does my ideal practice look/sound/feel, and what are the high priority short and long-term steps to make my dream a reality? This holistically oriented session is designed to generate creativity and breakthrough thinking, as well as a deepened passion for the business of culturally competent facilitation.
