G10 Thinking Through Complex Problems: 1 Process Framework and 60 Questions that Really Work
Level: Experienced

Critical thinking—an examination of why things are done the way they are—enables complex problem solving in sessions. Effective questioning is the basis of productive critical thinking about diversity. This workshop is for experienced facilitators who want to learn and apply a practical process framework, specific guidelines and focused, related questions. The session takeaway is a comprehensive booklet outlining a process framework for critical thinking, practice guidelines and 60 questions for process design. Feedback from participants at last year’s IAF NA session on this presenter: “Everything was valuable”, “perfect pacing”, “great resources’, “unique tools”, “outstanding presenter”, “offer it again”.
