G11 Tools to Build Accountability for Outcomes
Level: All Levels

Wondering about what happens after your facilitated sessions when participants are back in their workplaces or communities? Learn about a three phase systematic approach to building post-session accountability that extends expectations developed in your session. Find out how you can anticipate how diversity impacts on outcomes implementation; design a system with your clients for increased accountability; and show clients how behaviour can directly impact outcomes success. Try out 10 user-friendly, practical post-workshop tools that optimize the transfer of outcomes into diverse workplaces or communities. Each participant will receive a copy of a toolkit and follow-up for one year.
