G12 Facilitating Complex Group Dynamics
Level: All Levels

The good news is that pro-active meeting design can go a long way to averting individual and group dynamics "before" participants step into the session room. Still, when you’ve done your level best and SHIFT still shows up, then what can you do? In this workshop, we will focus on those situations when individuals or groups won’t play. Looking at different scenarios, we will examine what may actually be going on, and then explore together appropriate and timely facilitation interventions.
