G7 Understanding Diversity as a Powerful Fuel for Change: A Design Approach to Support Your Successful Engagements!
Level: All Levels

Rather than focus on effective facilitation decisions during a workshop, this session will provide participants with a proven methodology that supports effective preparation, planning, engaging delivery and follow-up. This approach serves both delivery and design of professionally facilitated engagements. Led by an experienced practitioner, the workshop will engage participants in an exploration of how you can discover and account for the value of diversity of perspectives, experiences, ideas and roles as a natural and significant part of organizational landscapes. As a participant leave the workshop with a clearer understanding about how you can enhance the quality of your professional design and delivery and bring great value rather than quick fixes!
