G9 Enabling Voices: Planning and Facilitating Events that include People with Disabilities
Level: Experienced

Have you or will you ever facilitated groups that included people with disabilities? How do you plan visual aids when the group includes people who are blind? How do you accommodate people when your group includes people with a wide variety of impairments? Come learn from two people who planned and facilitated the first summit of Social Security disability beneficiaries, and who have planned and facilitated many events that included people with diverse disabilities. In today’s diverse world, every facilitator needs to be ready to accommodate the needs of participants with disabilities. Come to this session to learn how.
