Just as a flaw in a lens distorts what is seen, so unexamined and unresolved issues in our life distort our perceptions of reality. These distortions interfere with our ability to connect with one another and build trust. Our perceptions are distorted by our feelings, fears, culture, race, gender, and experiences. In this workshop you will learn how to clear your lens so that you can more clearly see reality and more effectively create safe environments where people feel valued, capable and respected.

Presenter:

Celeste Blackman is a consultant with Business Consultants Network, an international licensing, training and publishing company with partners and affiliates in 23 countries. Using The Human Element© Approach she helps leaders, managers and teams build trust, engagement and collaboration at work. She also teaches communication in the Executive MBA program for the Wharton School of Business.
