H3 Hosting Authentic Conversations Around Questions That Matter
Level: All Levels

Authentic conversation is our natural human way of thinking together, yet in far too many of our meeting experiences, we are ‘talked at’ instead of engaged, and ‘told’ instead of being invited to share our knowledge and explore emerging ideas and possibilities. In this interactive program centered around three facilitation methods (World Café, AI, Open Space "Quickie"), we will demonstrate how to: quickly energize and engage meeting participants around any topic; how to tap collective intelligence and generate new knowledge; and how to craft powerful and compelling questions.
