Survey completed by 125 attendees in Portland:
> Almost 50/50 split between people for whom facilitation is all their work, and those for whom it is just an element of their work
> 63% work in or own a facilitation, training or consulting company. Rest are: 11.1% non-profit/charity; 10.4% government; 8.9% corporate; 3.7% academic/ education and 2.2% other.
> 28% work in organizations of more than 500 employees; 33.9% work in organizations of over 100.
> 87% are IAF members; 31% of the members are new or less than one year
> Half are also involved in other related organizations
