Registration Fee Inclusions

Training Session Registration Fees include the following: Conference Sessions for the day purchased; Conference Materials; Conference Meals for the day purchased.

Short Workshop Series Registration Fees include the following: Conference Sessions; Conference Materials; Access to the Exhibit Hall; Continental Breakfasts; Refreshment Breaks; Lunches and Networking Receptions; Tuesday’s Opening Reception and Celebration; Wednesday's Networking Reception, Dinner and Entertainment; and Thursday's Closing Celebration.

One-Day Short Workshop Registration Fees include the following: Conference Sessions for the day purchased; Conference Materials; Conference Meals for the day purchased (Wednesday's Networking Reception, Dinner and Entertainment are included for April 22 registrations and Thursday's Closing Celebration is included for April 23 registrations); Access to the Exhibit Hall.

Registration Cancellation & Change Policy

Refunds for cancellation will be granted, less a $130 USD administrative fee per registrant, provided IAFNA Conference Headquarters is notified in writing by March 2, 2009. Cancellations received from March 3, 2009 through March 16, 2009, will result in a 50 percent refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after March 17, 2009. An Alternate attendee name may be substituted if you are not able to attend the conference.

Please note that there is a $50 USD administration fee for changes. For more information regarding administrative policies such as disputes and refunds, please contact iafnareg@advance-group.com.

Credit Cards that need to be reprocessed are subject to a $75 USD administration fee.
