Find A Facilitator

Finding the right person to facilitate for your group is essential. How do you know whom to choose?

Without experiencing someone's skills first hand, it's hard to know if they are gifted in the art of facilitation. A first step in the right direction is choosing someone who is a member of the International Association of Facilitators, or "IAF."

IAF members are committed to their profession and value continuous learning. Many are actively involved in contributing to the advancement of facilitation as a profession.

Search the IAF member database to find facilitators near you.

When searching the database, be aware that you can select to limit your search to only those who have qualified for IAF's professional designation, the CPF or Certified Professional Facilitator. CPFs were assessed by their peers and proved successful upon tests of preparation, approach, and dealing with dysfunction.

IAF comprises excellent facilitators with and without the CPF credential so you can remain confident that any IAF member facilitator is a step ahead of the rest.
